We are looking for an Assistant to the Management with an interest in project management for our location in Havixbeck near Münster, to start immediately or later on a permanent basis (part-time or full-time, on-site)


Your tasks:

  • Support of the management in handling administrative tasks (phone and written correspondence, appointment coordination, ordering, meeting preparation, creating presentations and pitches, etc.)
  • Supporting colleagues in the conception and implementation of professional issues and projects
  • Self-responsible project management
  • Coordination of research and customer projects
  • Budget planning and invoicing
  • Interface function in interdisciplinary teams
