You will…

  • after intensive training, take over the sales area of all baltic states, which you will look after from your home office with your place of residence in the sales area
  • be the direct contact for our customers in the industrial sector
  • successfully acquire new customers, maintain existing customers and expand relationships
  • continue to successfully develop the industrial & wastewater business
  • present the company at trade fairs and events.

You are… / You have…

  • a technical/ engineering or sales/ commercial background, ideally both
  • a proven experience in sales with industrial machines (b-to-b)
  • ideally experience with pumps and/or in wastewater business or biogas
  • a basic understanding of marketing and local needs
  • a “hand-on” person who is able to understand our products
  • prepared to travel a lot
  • a native speaker in one of the three languages spoken in the region 
  • able to communicate in at least one other baltic language
  • very good English or German language skills
  • interested in a long-term commitment
